Inflation or deflation?

So what does deflation look like? Red line is how much money the Fed is printing, blue line is the cost of stuff required to make stuff. In theory printing money makes each new dollar worth less, should take more $'s to buy same stuff, but there is no increase in the price of stuff. We have printed $3 Trillion of our total $10.7 trillion during this chart period. Why no hyperinflation- we should be asking.
